Good: When it works it is good
Bad: When it doesn't work
Comment: When I pay £400+ for a product I expect it to work. If it doesn't I expect the supplier to fix it for me.
I do not expect to have a degree in computer science to enable me to watch TV
I do not know what latency, ports etc are.I know nothing about TCP/UDP, 5717/UDP to Port Fwd table and public port translation table on the US (SMC) router etc, etc
ALL I WANT TO DO IS TO WATCH TV!!!
Currently, 6months after purchase, my system will not work so I phone the help line. Sorry, we cannot help unless you pay us £20!!
DO NOT BUY THIS LOAD OF CRAP UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE.
Sorry, but Dominic on the helpline was a star - since then - morons!!
