Good: great picture and sound
Bad: it takes 8 seconds after you press the button for the tv to turn on and the On timer keeps turning off for no apparent reason
Comment: this is very good tv , very easy to set up, brackets for wall not included. the picture and sound is excellent but the respond time is little slow and the tv seems to have two separate times so my "on timer" came on at different time or not at all. But over all I would recommend it and Amazon do very good deal.
