Good: Great look
Bad: Reliability
Comment: Two repairs in 3 years. First, after 2 years, the image was switch off (not the sound). Now, the memory for the channels is break down (empty data base message). I read in internet that both failures are very common.

Good: Good quality image if working
Bad: Stopped working after 2 months
Comment: Like I said we didn't have a TV 2 months after buying, and after almost 3 months we are still waiting to get our TV repaired.

Good: Easy to use, wealth of features and great HDTV pictures
Bad: Sound is a little bit on the poor side
Comment: Good TV. Picture is great but can be a little bit juddery on HD broadcasts although DVDs look absolutely brilliant when viewed. The only problem is the sound which is far too quiet and has no real depth. I would recommend using a Hi-Fi or home cinema system to play your sound when watching TV or DVDs. Overall though, for the money you are not going to get a better HD Ready LCD TV.

Good: Ease of setting up first time installation
Bad: I've only had the TV for two weeks so haven't found one yet
Comment: Still getting used to all the settings, but what I have set so far work great.
