Comment: I don't get the current obsession with Internet features on a TV - surely we have computers for that? I'd rather have a TV with exceptional image quality and no internet than mediocre image quality and full internet access. It's for watching movies on, not shopping on Amazon, surely?
Isn't Freeview HD only currently available in two small areas of the country? I'd expect enthusiasts willing to stump up this much for a TV are likely to also own a decent PVR with integrated HD tuner.
I guess everyone has different requirements :)
Be interesting to know if it's available without the 3D equipment at reduced cost for those of us who think 3D is a bit of a gimmick (eg I personally enjoyed Avatar in 2D with vivid colours than i did in 3D dulled down by the specs...)
As a 2D AV experience this sounds like a class-leading TV
