Good: PQ and 3D

Bad: not really bad but I like the new design of the stand than the stand of this model

This is our first 3D Smart TV and we are blown away with how great this tv is! The picture is great, the colors are superb and the sound is excellent. It even has a 4 out of 5 rating from CNET UK. The overall picture performance is good. Setup was a breeze which we appreciated as we are newbies to this type TV. We also love the fact that it is so light and so easy to move around. We would happily recommend this TV to one and all. Lastly, the Wii-style remote, LG magic remote is effective for navigating the apps.

Good: Look and smart functions are impressive

Comment: This model is really beautiful, the smart functions on this TV are impressive. The TV comes with two controls, a standard LG remote that does everything you need it to do, and a magic motion controller. The LM860V uses a passive 3D system and can convert any content into 3D.

Comment: I like its design. Virtually no bezel and small white frame below the screen. I knew LG had a good taste long time ago.

Comment: I already got the 670, but I am planning to get another set for the bedroom or maybe swap out this one to the living room and put the 670 in the bedroom. It looks great and I am very satisfied with the 670. Anyone who owns the 860, are you satisfied with it? Does it have good sound quality?

Good: awesome design, portable and durable.

Bad: The stand is good but not satisfactory.

Comment: I’m not a tv tech but I can easily tell if a product is good when I see one. First, I will like to credit this tv for its wonderful design and appearance. The durability and portability of this tv set is also a plus in my opinion. One other thing new about this tv is that it has little or no frame which makes it unique from the other 2011 tv models. The tv looks exceptionally thin in nature, thus can also serve as a furniture.

Comment: Yes, it is edge LED and 960 one is direct LED technology. Edge LED 860V has only 5mm gap between the screen and the metal frame compared to 960V model which uses direct LED and doesn’t have space between screen and metal trim. But hey look at the price difference !! ?1000 difference and the rest is almost same. Of course I would prefer 960V if I had that much money but 860V seems to be very good alternative for people with budget limits like me.

Good: excellent design

Bad: unknown.

Comment: I’ve read so many reviews about this particular tv from different sites and majority of the reviewers gave the tv a five star rating with reasons like good quality pictures, accurate colour, easy to use remote and excellent 3d experience. And I saw that the tv has an outstanding design that looks almost like a furniture with very slim structure that makes it portable and reliable.

Comment: When I read reviews, I would just skim it through and jump into the conclusion part but I read this one very thoroughly because I have one and I am absolutely in love with it. The review pointed everything right. If you’re considering buy one, go for it. No regret at all.
