Comment: TVs from Finlux are average, but the service is just appalling. My order (32F703 TV) from Finlux was delayed by more than a week. All that time the customer advisers at Finlux kept giving contradicting information. When I went to collect the unit (so much for my prepaid "Saturday delivery"!) at third attempt, I was presented with the TV in an open plastic bag! Finlux could not coherently confirm whether the warranty would remain valid, so I refused to accept the order. Finlux assured me that the refund "should arrive promptly within 5 working days". After 10 days, when nothing arrived, another adviser cheerfully guaranteed 5 days from that time, because "now they have received the TV back"! At the moment, it's been more than a month and I still have not seen my money. The number of blatant lies that I heard from Finlux during this time is beyond belief. The information given by anybody in this company is never based on anything real. By the way, Finlux as business does not exist in the U.K., or Finland, for that matter. The company is now based in Turkey and the name is different. Try to Google them and observe the result. The proud statement "EST. FINLAND 1964" on Finlux website is true only with regards to the name itself. So, yet another lie.
Verdict: stay away! Get a good TV from a reputable supplier.
Good: Good Picture

I phoned finlux up a engineer phoned back a hour later check the software version that was on tv and said it needs a update and he would send me one on a usb. 4 days later i received the usb stick, i phone the engineer back up he talked me through a few steps and now the 3d works.

Good: Brilliant picture and looks good
Bad: Cannot use the 3D, is "not supported"
Comment: The picture is 10 times better than my old Normende 32", thought the offer of a 3D tv was amazing. As only had basic dvd player I emptied my bank and bought a new blu ray player !!! Total waste of time as 3D does not work
Comment: Finlux has had nothing to do with Finland since the early 90s. This TV is not made by a Finnish company as you have written; please don't fall for their marketing! Finlux is just a name and the TVs are made in China by Vestel, and sold exclusively to the UK (not even Finland!) I have strong links to Finland and it's very annoying when people think Finlux is Finnish, they are not!
Comment: Very well made TV, easy-to-use menu, impressive image quality, and my wife loved the way it looks in our living room.
Good: good budget set
Comment: Seems a good TV for a single guy like me who does not pkan his life round TV,and therefore does not want to pay a fortune
