Good: Had it 1 year, bought from Maplin Price £50, best TV equipment i ever bought. It looks good, Picture quality on 47 inch LCD is amazing, Recording is easy as pie. I use it with a 250 GHz hard drive, pause brilliant, never miss any part of a programe, Replay quality is the same as normal play, and you can even enhance old movies with it.
Bad: One usb socket. But for £50 quid well.
Comment: Fantazimodo.

Comment: I was really excited about this product and read a number of respected website reviews. What none of them mentioned is that although this device records to a USB device or hard drive, it encrypts the recordings so they only be watched on that HDFV: NOTHING ELSE. This is an enormous negative and it's astonishing that I had to go to Amazon user reviews before I found this out. No deal.
