Good: Plenty of storage
Bad: Have not found anything.
Comment: A great machine, but a little expensive, but worth the money.

Good: Nice packaging
Bad: Poor hdmi, no networking enabled or date when it will be.
Comment: Poor hdmi handshake with Sony tv's meaning you lose picture when you change channels. The facility for other human boxes to play back recordings stored on the her is not enabled and human don't know when it will be. Their marketing is therefore a little misleading.

Good: first impression sis good quality display & recording when it works
Bad: Sound issues when using HDMI are a major problem
Comment: When it works it i good quality ... however when there is a persistent fault whereby there is no sound output only vision when switching on from standby when using HDMi connection. Only way I can find of resolving is to restart which interferes with any recording in progress. So if you want to watch another program whilst recording or indeed watch the program you have stated to record you can't unless you use an alternative connection eg Scart.. i've reported this to my supplier and am awaiting some response from them.

Good: classy HD menus and epg
Bad: audio problems
Comment: I've had this for a few days now. Have minor occasional sound dropouts, but more worryingly, 1 of four recordings I've made has no sound. I'm hoping this gets fixed in the October firmware update - if it doesn't the unit is going back.

Good: Best Freeview HD PVR out there
Bad: Price is a bit steep
Comment: Great box.. I'm definitely a Humax convert. I've compared the 3view box to the Humax in a few videos up on the 3viewer community website.
