Good: Good selection of TV Series
Bad: Limited movies
Comment: I was a member of Netflix about a year ago, I didn't find much content for my liking at the time so unsubscribed . I decided to take a second look a year on and very happy with what is on offer. As a big fan of cult comedy very happy to see many large titles available. The movie section isn't brilliant but still plenty to watch. The interface works very well in my opinion, very intuitive and simple to use. Very good cross-device support. e.g stop part way through on PS3 and pick it up later at the same spot on your smart phone.

Good: Streaming without much lag
Bad: Movie selection, browsing interface
Comment: The movie selection is really poor. There must be licensing issues in the UK that prevent them from offering very many movies, especially newer releases. Also the UI for browsing the few films that are available is really poor. There is no way to filter the available films or sort them based on any criteria. This is a cut-rate version of their US site.

Good: Low Cost, Cross Platform, Excellent Customer Service
Bad: Selection
Comment: I think Netflix has being getting alot of unfair reviews from what I've n=been reading. I have used both Netflix and Lovefilm and in the end it was Netflix that I stuck with this is for several reasons.
Their customer service is amazing when I mistakingly made a second account which caused me to get billed I phoned them up and the canceled it and refunded me on the spot and their customer service actually speak and understand english which is rare these days (p.s never go on your computer with no sleep in a couple of days)
Their service is far superior to that of Lovefilms with the layout recommendations that I have found to be pretty good and the ability to instantly pick up where you left off on any device its great. The only thing that lets them down is their choice of content which I cant lie isnt that big but then you see people comp;aining that the only films they saw on Netflix was ones they had never heard off and sure there are a few and off some of them was recommended to me which turned out to be really good. However I found that Lovefilm was far waorse for their choice of content than Netfliv in my honest opinion and providing that Netflix get more partners it can only gtet better.

Good: the idea
Bad: almost everything
Comment: the idea of this on 360 is good, fact u dont have download anymore is good. shame aint turned out good. all the movies are crap u never heard of. as for the rating part, that dosnt work. as no matter how many movies i rate it still shows the same crap. so i end my netflix after the first month. go back to downloads , cant think of any to download. pay netflix again and think y the hell did i bover its still the same crap. whitch btw in 4 months i still seeing the same stuff on the 360 netflix. not even updating crap with more crap, its just the same crap. oh and like to add. how many movies on there about reporters going undercover do they want on there, because i counted 9 yesterday

Good: Wide array of genres
Bad: They only let you see about 10 percent of what they have on offer!!!!!
Comment: Firstly, Netflix is a service that's very hard for me to review, on one hand, they're easy to scam, a simple cancellation of your months subscription, and then signing up with a new bank card and email address has got me 4 months free so far though of course I will run out of people who trust me with their bank details sooner or later, haha, as far as I know this method isn't illegal, Netflix are just stupid :)
Secondly, even though its free Netlflix is p***ing me the F off and I'd hate to think how I'd feel if I was paying for this junk, the rewind button its terrible, if you use your PS3 to watch things as I do, it allows u to rewind at a slower speed then a VCR and you cant skip scenes, so if you wanna get to that part in your favorite movie? :) get ready for a long wait.
Thirdly, the advert says 'Thousands of movies and TV shows' .. Ooo show me :D... Oh I forgot, you can only show me about 300 of them, the rest I have to search for myself :@! It's so annoying to me, that there could be about 400 excellent horror films that I've never even heard of and Netflix will only show me about 22 - 75 of them, the rest I have to search for myself! Why cant they just make a feature where u can see a long list or something! It's so stupid!
Okay, to wrap this up I'm gonna say Netflix is okay to watch a film every now and then, or if you're just the type of person that's into a wide variety of everything but have barely seen anything. But as far as hardcore movie watchers and media people go, this service will only anger you, stick to torrents, I'm sorry but its true!
5/10.

Good: NOTHING MOVIES LIMITED AND PRETTY MUCH POO!
Bad: EVERYTHING!!!!
Comment: NETFLIX IS A RUBBISH SERVICE OFFERING RUBBISH FILMS FOR £6 A MONTH, THEY SAY NO CONTRACT OR SUBSCRIPTION YET I DELIBRATELY MISSED PAYMENT AS 1 I DID NOT WATCH A SINGLE MOVIE FOR THE WHOLE MONTH AND MISSED THE PAYMENT WHICH WAS DUE AROUND 24TH OF JULY AND NETFLIX OBVIOUSLY CONTINUED TO ATTEMPT TO TAKE PAYMENT AS THE MINUTE MONEY WENT IN THE CON MERCHANTS TOOK THE PAYMENT WITHOUT MY SAY SO AND 6 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE WHAT RIGHT HAVE THEY GOT AND I WILL ALSO REPORT THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN AS THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT A CONTRACTLESS/SUBSCRIPTIONLESS SERVICE AND I DID NOT USE THE CRAPPY SERVICE HOW MANY OTHERS ARE THEY RIPPING OFF IN THE COUNTRY.

Good: A lot of nostalgic TV shows and movies
Bad: Would like more modern/popular content (e.g. recent blockbusters)
Comment: My experience with Netflix is one of indecisively trawling through a disappointing array of titles. Occasionally, I stumble across a nostalgic gem, but otherwise I seldom use it. It might be good for a film-buff who willing to invest time in trying myriad new genres and obscure films, but I'd like to see more popular and modern titles.
Since it's so cheap, it's worth having around but once I've worked through the 90's cartoons and Disney movies, I might lose any use for it.

Good: Range of obscure movies I find hard to get hold of.
Bad: Sometimes audio and visual are out of sync even on high speed connections.
Comment: I like netflix for its ease of use and I can watch some films that I cannot find elsewhere. I am able to get into bed with my laptop or ipad and simply pick something there and then without having to go to blockbusters. There are little in the way of new releases. Newest films are from 2011 but I like older films that I missed out on when they were released. I like the reccomended feature so if I'm not sure what I want to watch, Netflix helps me decide. There is a "do not share on facebook" option for each film so if you don't want people to know what you are watching then you don't have to plus you don't have to install the facebook app.
