Good: EASY TO USE
Bad: TURNING THE DEVICE ON AFTER NON USE FOR A WHILE
Comment: A GREAT ITEM AND CREATED A REVIEW ON MY WEBSITE AND HAVE HAD LOADS OF FEEDBACK STATING HOW GOOD IT IS.
There were a few bugs in the beginning but they are no longer there.
The unit itself is made from a nice piano black plastic and stands only 1.5 inches tall and the cool thing is this remote has full 360 deg IR sensors.
On the app is where you configure everything on the remote for all your devices. To set all these up you need to go into the configuration section. It learns your device very quickly and easy by the already pre-programmed device list. You select your devices manufacture and what type of device it is ie DVD, BLURAY, TV etc a couple of presses of control buttons on the app to test and you are done.
If you device is not listed on the list then like all universal remotes you can get it to learn the buttons on the remote. I had one of those remotes but once again it was easy to learn the buttons and took me only 5 mins to get the device to learn 10 buttons.
Once you set up all your remotes they appear on the main screen of the app for you to select when required. You can arrange the buttons in any order you want and the app is very user friendly.

Bad: Bluetooth
Comment: Hmm. very slow on commands... and hate that it is blue-tooth with limited range. Someone said that they wanted a Wi-Fi version. Take a look at Square Connect and the SQ Blaster. Its Wi-Fi, has amazing response times, and can be controlled anywhere in the home!

Good: Simple
Bad: Price
Comment: Anyone know if there's a wifi version on the roadmap, I'd love to use this centrally but control it from every room... So need wifi rather than Bluetooth...

Good: Universal remote in my iPhone. Finally!
Bad: Laggggg
Comment: Definitely not "lag-free" as stated in the article. I'm experiencing a 2-3 seconds lag with each command. The device seems to have difficulty pairing with my phone when I go out of range and then come back (when I leave for work and come home). I need to turn the receiver on and off each time. Another problem in the lack of support for the PS3 and XBox.
