Sony Bravia KDL-40E4000
Sony is clearly attempting to appeal to people with a broader aesthetic with its 40E4000 LCD TV, as its design is anything but the usual slab a black plastic that most people have in their living rooms. With good speaker quality and very watchable DVD upscaling, this TV has much to offer beyond its unique style

Sony Bravia KDL-40W4000
The Sony Bravia KDL-40W4000 is a 40-inch 1080p LCD stuffed to the brim with picture processing and features designed to make your viewing experience better. A new interface is designed to make setting the TV up and using it much easier, and there's an interesting new style from Sony

Sony Bravia KDL-40X3500
We're always pleased to see a TV that breaks the monotony of shiny black boxes and predictable looks, so when we unboxed the Sony Bravia KDL-40X3500 there was an audible sigh of relief. This is no ordinary 40-inch 1080p LCD, at least not from an aesthetic perspective

Sony Bravia KDL-46W3000
The Sony Bravia KDL-46W3000 shows signs of real quality. The second generation in the range includes a high 16,000:1 contrast ratio and 1080p resolution, and the company obviously worked hard to improve image quality with a gaggle of image processing features

Sony Bravia KDL-20S2020
The Sony Bravia KDL-20S2020 is quite possibly the best small-screen LCD TV yet in terms of value for money. Performance is excellent -- picture quality rivals some of its larger screen competitors and high-definition content will surprise you with its sharpness and clarity

Sony Bravia KDL-32D3000
With a plethora of features, 1080p high-definition compatibility and three HDMI inputs, the Sony Bravia KDL-32D3000 is a tech-heavy 32-inch LCD TV. Its new MotionFlow system makes moving objects look clearer, while good black levels are accompanied by high-quality colours

Sony Bravia KDL-40W2000
Sony's KDL-40W2000 LCD rivals plasma in the large screen stakes. Images are immaculately clean and noise-free, with black levels so deep they create densely defined images with perspective and realism, even in darkly lit scenes. The Bravia KDL-40W200 is backed up by exceptional build quality and impressive connectivity

Sony Bravia KDL-40S2010
The KDL-40S2010 is from the entry-level S series and despite this the screen shares the clean, elegant design and full functionality of the more illustrious X- and V-series Sony models. We're less overawed by the performance, though. High-definition image quality is decent, but standard sources struggle to justify the price

Sony Bravia KDL-46X2000
Sony's Bravia KDL-46X2000 is the flagship model of the company's LCD TV range. Its 46-inch screen has a 'full HD' 1,920x1,080 resolution, which means not only that 1080i hi-def material can be matched to the screen pixel-for-pixel, giving a particularly sharp and detailed picture, but also that it will properly display 1080p material

Sony Bravia KDL-32V2000
Sony's second-generation screens are some of the finest examples of LCD TVs that we've seen. The KDL-32V2000's design uses subtle finishing and superior build quality, while at its core is the latest Bravia Engine, a processing system that's been specifically designed for LCDs. It may be a tad pricey, but ultimately the KDL-32V2000 is worth every penny

Sony Bravia KDL-40V2000
Sony's new range of Bravias is here in time for the World Cup and the 40V2000 is a huge improvement from previous Sony LCDs, with a brand-new picture-processing engine and all sorts of other innovative gubbins inside the 40-inch frame. It might not be as striking as other LCDs and connectivity isn't a strong point, but it can't be faulted on picture quality

Sony KLV-26HG2
Sony's new 26-inch LCD TV is the perfect AV choice for the boudoir. It won't take up much room and Sony's wondrous Wega Engine technology provides beautiful pictures from the clunkiest of sources. But if you want a high-definition TV or a flashy PC monitor, look elsewhere

Sony MFM-HT75W
This 17-inch widescreen display has a built-in TV tuner, and a clear and bright screen. The MFM-HT75W performs best as a monitor, but it also makes a decent TV. As a combination unit, it's one of the best we've ever seen

Sony KDL-L32MRX1
If style's your thing, this Sony might just be enough to convince you it's worth the high price. It's simply gorgeous, perhaps only beaten by Bang & Olufsen and Loewe in terms of design. The picture quality is also excellent, due to Sony's Wega Engine technology -- but it's not high-definition compatible
