"Best thing ever"
What I like:
Superb picture, connections, design, ambilight
What I don't like:
should have motorized base swivel.
Review:
This 42PFL9632D from Philips is an advanced LCD TV set and I am glad that I have one.
I enjoy everything although the sound should have a few more watts but because I bought the Philips sound bar HTS8100 with DVD player (another masterpiece from Philips) I have the perfect "marriage" on my lounge (at list) between picture and sound.
Connecting a laptop via HDMI or S-VHS is wonderful avoiding the old "PC connector".
I do miss the motorized base swivel from my previous LCD and I would give a 10 to this superb LCD.
Thank you Philips for producing wonderful technology with beautiful design.
NB. Because my LCD is made in China (not in Europe anymore, no offence) I do hope that Philips are still committed with the QUALITY of all components that are used in this LCD.
