Typical price: £500
What is it: HD Ready 32-inch LCD TV with three HDMI inputs and dedicated gaming mode
What we think: A good-quality, budget TV set for people who want high definition and plenty of HDMI sockets, but don't need a huge screen

"Does what it says on the box"
What I like:
The sleek black curves and the 3 HDMI ports
What I don't like:
The picture quality out-the-box
Review:
This is a very stylish TV and has a lot of useful inputs and the dedecated gaming and movie modes are very good aswell. My only gripe with this TV is the picture quality from out of the box, The image quality seems to be very pixelated and I dont know if this is just a thing on this tv, all LCD tvs or if it is just a wrong setting. I still dont know how to optimise the settings to make it clearer, this is only the case when watching SD content, when I use a HD device on it the quality is superb and absolutely crystal clear.

You might think you know what a PVR is, but in the UK we're really stuck in the past with our digital recording antics. Happily, Virgin Media is bringing TiVo back
