"Cooler than a polar bear in a refrigerator"
What I like:
HD picture quality and colour rendition
What I don't like:
Standard def still not as good as it should be.
Review:
Miles better than my Sony KDL-V32A12U. At last blacks are proper blacks. HD picture quality is so sharp and colours so vibrant (without being unreal). The best I've seen to date.
The detail you can make out in Star Wars - Return of the Sith is unbelievable. The sound is a major improvement over my other Sony though the bass could be better (nothing a home surround system can't fix).
Only negative is the standard def, it has improved but still not where it should be. Then again every HD TV I've seen has this problem and this Sony is better than most in this department.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with this TV, it turned out to be even better than I expected, and it was cheaper than my 32"!

You might think you know what a PVR is, but in the UK we're really stuck in the past with our digital recording antics. Happily, Virgin Media is bringing TiVo back
