Review:
After 8 weeks this TV developed dark horizontal bands and a dark area in the middle of the screen - it has been away to repair but this did not fix the problem - it is back with the repairers but I don't expect success - best to stay away from this TV until these problems are fixed.

Freeview HD launch: BBC HD and ITV1 HD now available -- sort of
On 2 December, Freeview HD launched, at least technically. Sadly, there's no equipment that can receive the broadcasts at the moment, but the channels are certainly up and running
