Hello I'm Ian Morris with cnet.co.uk and this, is the Samsung LE32R87 a 32-inch HD ready LCD television.
What we really like about this TV is its attractive styling, see here, the stunning curves [show] and sumptuous lines which make it a real technological stunner. It's not the electronic equivalent of a bimbo though, it also offers 720p video and a brilliant movie mode [show menu] that makes films look smoother and more natural.
At the front there aren't many buttons to interrupt the clean lines. Just a power button [show] in the middle, and to the right, a series of touch sensitive buttons that control the TVs main features such as volume, changing the channel you are watching and entering the menus. [show]
To the left hand side we see composite video inputs, as well as an HDMI input conveniently located for plugging in games consoles.
At the rear, there are another two HDMI sockets, as well as component video in, a pair of SCART sockets and optical audio out.

If you're looking for a sensibly sized screen, possibly for gaming, this offers everything you'll need plus more. Once you've fiddled with the picture settings, the hi-def picture quality is good, and Freeview performance is decent too.
