If you want a 1080p screen at a remarkably low price, this is probably the TV for you. It's a good performer and beautifully designed. It has a few annoying quirks, but it's a solid LCD television

If you still have a CRT TV you'll probably be used to looking at a screen that's around 20-28 inches. There were CRTs made that were larger, but they generally weighed the same as your house so weren't enormously practical.
