We like:
Colour reproduction and strong black levels; smooth motion; classy build quality
We don't like:
Not a 'Full HD' panel; no side inputs; reflective screen surface
You might also need:
HD video source such as Sky HD, PS3 or HD DVD player
CNET UK judgement:
The lack of a 'Full HD' resolution is slightly disappointing, but everything else about the Panasonic Viera TH-50PX70 is highly impressive: the picture quality is superb, and build quality and design are top class. Finding a better flat-screen TV for the price is going to be difficult
