What is it: Native 4:3 DLP projector
What we think: It's not a widescreen projector, and has poor contrast and brightness, but it includes everything you need to get started

We like:
It's the complete package with all necessary connectors; it's stylish and compact
We don't like:
Not a widescreen chipset; poor brightness; bad throw distance; no Scart input
You might also need:
DVD player; projection screen
CNET UK judgement:
While it may be very cheap, the fact this isn't a native widescreen display will turn most cinema fans cold, and the image lacks the brightness needed to cope with most living conditions. If you've got your heart set on a projector, be prepared to spend more
