Good: Performance, streamlined workflow, features
Bad: Limited support for movie clips, lack of control for flickr uploading
Comment: Any change to photographs previously uploaded to flickr results in re-uploading them (replacing the originally uploaded ones). Also, LR tries to download comments from flickr after every upload.
