Good: not a lot
Bad: drinks ink
Comment: I have had it for just over a year, now almost never use it due to the way it drinks ink and damages paper, I complained to Kodak, sent in a printout confirming it had printed 673 pages to seven sets of cartridges including two high yield. They never bothered to get back. I will never touch any Kodak products again

Comment: The worst printer I have ever owned; I've only had it a couple of months and already spent a small fortune on ink cartridges. Printing labels are a problems whereas it continually rejects the paper size; corrected only when I place my hand on the paper giving it a little pressure and headstart. I hate how it shuts down completely once any of the two cartridges run low on ink - most printers adjust and allow you to keep printing, not this printer. Kodak should stick to cameras and stay out of the printer business

Good: It prints!!
Bad: cost of ink and connectivity to wifi
Comment: Don't believe the hype about this printer having the cheapest printer costs. The cartridges may be cheaper to buy but they run out very very quickly even using draft printing. We are really disappointed in this printer and will soon be returning to HP printers, which we have always had. The black print also apparently uses some of the colour cartridge so even if you don't use colour too much you will find that mysteriously your colour also runs out.
Connectivity to Wi Fi is hit and miss I usually just plug it in these days as it's easier to do this than have it losing the signal to Wi Fi mid print.
My advice is Don't buy one of these printers as it will end up costing you more in ink.

Good: Nothing I can think of...
Bad: Drinks ink...
Comment: You're an engineer. Your task? Design a printer that uses the maximum amount of black ink possible.
You're a marketer. Your task? Inform custommers that your product has the cheapest consumable consumption possible.
And that sums up my experience with this printer.

Good: Great looks - good sales story
Bad: First use was THE MOST EXPENSIVE EVER
Comment: I was assured by the Kodak Rep in PC Worls Warrington today that the inks supplied 'were not like other manufacturers...these are full, standard inks' When I suggested they were probably 50% like everyone else he said 'No'.
I managed to get just 40 A4 printed at 'best' setting - and then the BLACK was out of ink! The label on the black says you get 670 pages (OK I accept set-up' test doc' was printed and that is suposed to use more - but only 1 doc was test printed. and the claim on the box with an 8 means that it is an average number/ estimated number of sheets. This doc I printed included mainly black text with some pictures). BUT REALLY? 40 DOCS AND THEN OUT OF BLACK INK?!!! Good job I had purchased some spare Inks along with the machine or I would have missed the deadline. I feel cheated! Oliver!! You spoke with forked tongue! I shall be on your case tomorrow - assuming PC World will put me thru. COMPENSATION I FEEL IS OWED. I am 'Not a happy man as you will find out. Come on Kodak....are you brave enough to check this out and provide COMPENSATION and a change to your claims please!!!

Good: Good photo printing
Bad: Just about everything else
Comment: This is the most unstable printer that I have ever bought. I had it connected through WIFI and it worked fine for a month or two, then I kept getting 2105 errors when trying to use the scanner. There is very little help and the only solution was to delete and reload everything. Over a period of several weeks I found that I had to do this every few days and in the end gave up trying to use the Kodak scanner software but found that I could operate the scanner using MSPaint. The current situation is that I now get an error 6202 when switching on and despite following various Internet suggestions to clear the problem, the error is still there each time I switch the printer on. So it's not now possible to reload at all and I have now considered the printer to be scrap. I should add that I bought this printer as it claimed to be more economical on ink useage - which it most certainly has not been.
