Good: Absolutely nothing
Bad: Everything
Comment: This printer was actually not that difficult to set up initially. I set it up and had the wifi setting working properly. This lasted just a few weeks. For no reason, I could no longer print using the wireless setting. I uninstalled everything on my computer and redid it...nothing.
I am now sitting here with an error saying that my firewall will not allow me to print. The firewall is turned off!
We tried printing a picture and the quality was so very poor. I will never buy another Kodak printer.

Good: Nothing, it's rubbish
Bad: everything it's rubbish
Comment: My mother was sold this pile of do-do by PC world. It took forever to setup and doesn't work properly, the error coding is rubbish and tells you that you have a firewall problem when you have allowed it through the firewall. CNET is plainly taking a backhander, or it doesn't know anything about technology, or it has never used this product. How could you write such a review when you have nothing but negative comments from real users. This printer is clunky and sounds positively agricultural and the company should be sued under trade descriptions for selling a printer that doesn't print. Is it any wonder Kodak is going out of business? This and Windows 8 are two of the biggest non-advances in technology that two, once respected, companies could possibly dream up.

Good: Not a lot
Bad: part-prints, feeds blank pages, borderless option doesn't work, banding.
Comment: I would just say - don't bother. I bought the 3.2 Kodak at the end of August 2012. It is only the beginning of October and had nothing
but problems. Firstly, after setting it up correctly the printer wouldn't operate so I contacted "live-chat" with Kodak. They needed to take over my computer and it took well over an hour to get it sorted. Once up and running it fed at least one blank sheet before deciding it "might" print and then gave me half a picture. I then found the borderless print facility didn't work neither was a preview page available so I got on to Kodak again through "live-chat" on Monday. After 4 hours (yes 4 hours) with them having taken over my computer I had to go out and left my husband in charge. This took another 2 hours - SIX HOURS IN ALL I do have a preview facility now but still can't print anything borderless. I asked if I should return the printer as being faulty but was told there isn't a problem with the printer, the problem is the software to which there didn't seem to be an answer. Just look at other site reviews re. Kodak printers.

Good: Simple set up, excellent wi fi connections, touchscreen easy to use
Bad: A little loud
Comment: For light use at home printing documents and photos this is a good buy. Have owned previous printers from HP and others and consider this my best buy. Not an expert in electronics but had no trouble setting up and connecting to my hub. There are many options when printing photos offering huge flexibility. Even a way to create 3 D images. For the price it does far more than my last HP printer that was twice the price. It is not the fastest or the quietest but as I am not using it every day this is not important compared with its plus points such as low cost of ink, touchscreen controls etc.
