Comment: The scanner is, in my opinion, very basic and is not a patch on my old C4280, that produced excellent results, and which I'd still be using if the printer hadn't give up!

Good: Nothing

Bad: Can't imagine how much :)

Comment: This is a disposable printer, change the promotional ink cartridges and you won't ever be able to print in black again. Now go buy at your own risk :)

Comment: All right, this has got to be labeled a "disposable" printer... and sold as such....THE BLACK INK CARTRIDGE WORKS AS LONG AS THE PROMOTIONAL DEMO CARTRIDGE IS IN IT.... that's for a couple dozen papers... then go buy a new ink cartridge package, that's about 70 $ ! you'll have all colors except the black cartridge working!!!!!!!!! NOW THIS IS HP SHOWING IT'S REAL FACE :) It's not only me, GOOGLE THIS PHRASE:

Comment: i bought one it was faulty hp sent another one it was faulty and another it was faulty and another it was faulty and another it was faulty, now they send me a 6520 there customer relations are terrible the stress and money on phone calls and being on hold its been months trying to just print out a picture i have had enough of hp nevar agian.
