Bad: doesn't printer wirelessly
Comment: Really frustrating product, doesn't print wirelessly....only way is to turn off the printer each time for it to work...emailed customer support and did all they suggested but next time I went to print same thing happened. Too busy to sort out as had my final year of university. Just called them now and I'm out of warranty, they will only help if I pay some £££££....don't waste your time and purchase this, absolutely rubbish!
Comment: There is an absolute rule that you can't make printers do what they are supposed to do. Never, ever, only a complete idiot would think otherwise. Except just this once, with this new one, I think I might. I'm optimistic that HP has shipped me the only printer they've ever made that prints more than it eats. Their printers are really just big flirts. They are constantly winking at me with their pretty, bright red eyes and asking for even more expensive cartridges that don't work either.
Good: Past experience, cheap to run.
Bad: Photo printing
Comment: Brother MFC J6510DW OR
HP Officejet 7500A
The HP sounds good and cheap to run. I have had a desktop 1220C A3 printer for over 7 years a brilliant workhorse, printing from Autocad, photoshop for uni work for 4 years and jobs after. Never been able to print photos with it though and HP were no help. So I purchased an Epsom for photo printer and it last just over 1 year and was expensive to run.
