Bad: Toner is Costly, Customer Service is Poor
Comment: My printer has major print quality problems related to the fuser and the drum. It's under warranty, and Dell acknowledges that they're responsible to replace the fuser and drum, which they will do. But only once I had installed Dell toner, which cost a small fortune. I had been using non-Dell toner, which cost only about 25% as much. Never mind the fact that the toner has nothing to do with the problem (as proven by the fact that the problem persisted even with Dell toner installed).
Plus customer service is a nightmare with Dell, as with many other big companies. Lots of hassles. Deep regrets about choosing a Dell printer. (My Dell monitor is great though.)
