Good: Good Quality results & looks good
Bad: very expensive and small capacity cartridges
Comment: It does everything very well but the ink does not last long and costs a lot to replace. Canon has made it very hard to fit a ciss by not leaving much room above the cartridges for the ink pipes. Compatible cartridges or refilling is proberbly the way to go unless you don't print much. The cartridge ink monitor chips can be bypassed when using refilled cartridges which show as empty. Printing over wifi is a great feature and I like that the paper output flap opens automatically when printing starts. With the flap closed it is a very good looking printer which is needed as it is quite large. Would be 5 stars if they made it easy to fit a ciss.

Good: networking and duplex scanning and printing
Comment: I needed a printer that produced good photo prints, had a document feeder with duplex scanner and printer and could be easily networked. This has fitted the bill perfectly. The software works well and we can print and scan from all our PC's and the old mac (powerpc)
