Good: fast comapred to inkjet and auto duplex makes for ease of use
Bad: Toner consumption not as advertised, eg only getting about half what a toner should give.
Comment: Love the printer even if the colours are too dark for photos. the downside is a 6000 page toner only prints about 3000 even on toner save. The help desk suggested I never switch it off (???) and that would cure the fault. Guess what, it didn't. The toners are very expensive when you consider I am only getting half life! I hope that soon a pirate company will produce an affordable toner substitute as costs are frankly unsustainable. All this aside the printer does a sterling job. if you don't use it much then its for you, if you do large runs as I do its too costly..

Bad: Far too expensive
Comment: It is far too expensive for what it is. And I expect it is a large size also.
