Good: So easy to use - my wife bought one too!
Bad: Picture album plays well on the tv but you can't play music in the background
Comment: I have lots of gadgets. If I could keep only one, this would be it!

Bad: What they do not tell you
Comment: Its all very well saying hundreds of hours of movies, ask how long a battery will last? in some cases you will not be able to watch a full film before recharging. Write and ask about batteries to Archos, I have been waiting six months for a reply.
Charging is an option, except when travelling by coach its system is 24V, and the Archos adaptor is only 12V, therefore travellers have a very expensive and limited life out of the system.
