Good: It's got a tone of Nintendo features which the DSi was missing, The graphics are much better than before

Bad: The camera is rely bad :-(

Comment: I think the main reason I like it is because I a gadget person and the 3DS tops the charts of the "I want" list. I Have been a big fan of Nintendo and like almost every one of their products (The DSi looked much better than it was). Overall I think its got a lot of potential especial with all the cool features that come packed in with the console (AR cards) but the camera quality is kind of annoying

Good: keeps Nintendo, a real games company, at the front

Bad: it will have significant physical side-effects on the player

Comment: I worked in virtual reality research for many years, also in Japan, and saw all the technologies Nintendo and other games companies, are now using. Simulated stereoscopic 3D has erratic effects on users, which include nausea (the 'barf zone') and headaches after 30 minutes+ play. Plus around 10% of the population don't need this as they don't see in stereo 3D naturally.

The SNES Virtuality headset in the 1990's needed an IPD (inter-pupilary distance) roller switch to allow for the fact that generated two-eye displays need to allow for the distance between the viewer's eyes being different, or the stereo effect causes more serious headaches and nausea.

I predict someone will sue soon ...

Good: it will be brilliant for the children and adults alike, 3D without glasses at last

Bad: the people that moan about it, they are the ones that like to moan about everything

Comment: i am so looking forward to picking ares up on the 25th and cant wait to play with the family, all DS's are very esy to use as even my 3 year old little girl can play BUT it isn't easy to the point of being boring, WHY OH WHY do people say that not many people will buy it as they will, i reackon it will beat ipad 2 (im buying that to, as i love my ipad) as this is for aqlmost everyone from young children upto OAP's who want to play sudoko, allmost all DS games are brilliant and to see Sonic and Mario in 3D will be amazing, and the camara is that extra bonus mainly the 3D one, i know the pixals arnt the best, but you wouldn't hanve it as your main camara would you, so my final comment,

I own it

Good: big leap from nintendo dsi in terms on getting a gyroscope, possible better internet browser for youtube, along side the aspect of 3d for amazing friends lol, and can be turned off to 2d :D

Bad: im not too concerned with batterly life, i reckon only bad aspect may be that the 3d has a limited viewing angle and the screen's on the device should have been bigger

Comment: already preordered, cant wait to get my hands on it :D

I want it

Good: not much

Bad: bad battery ,expensive games,n

Comment: not many people will buy this because the 3d is just a gimmick that will wear off fast especially with eye strain. you get 3 to 4 hours battery that is just pathetic this day and age the games are 35- 40 pounds each you can get a ps3 or xbox360. also this is a mobile games thing where people have there phones for games now like apple ios or android where games just as good as the 3ds and you get them from free on up
