Good: Size, keyboard, sound quality, software
Bad: Processor speed (hampered by the O2 software)
Comment: Altogether I am very pleased with this device. Having moved from an XDA IIs, I think the size is great, the updated Windows software is fantastic and the ability to use it on USB without the cradle makes it a more useful machine.
On the downside, the O2 software makes it slow and definitely doesn't add anything. Unfortunately for someone only mediocre technically, you can't set up connectivity without the software so until O2 bring out the update like they have for the Exec it will carry on being slow. Overall though, a great machine and worth every penny

Good: Size, ease of use, keyboard, Wi-Fi, doesn't feel like a phone bolted on to a PDA
Bad: Processor a little slower than some but OK, camera could have been 2.0 megapixel
Comment: Great value for money, keyboard a godsend for me as I am the worlds slowest texter!
At £50 from O2 on a £20 per month 12-month contract, it's a bargain!

Good: I like the way the QWERTY keypad slides out, it feels secure. I also like the camera quality, my old phone was a 1.3 megapixel as well but doesn't seem
Bad: I think the colours are boring, and also I think that the buttons on the keypad are not for stubby fingers, luckily I don't have them.
Comment: It is an excellent phone that is enhanced by its PDA qualities. It is not quite a PDA but is much more than a phone, the fact that it has Windows Media Player means that I no longer have trouble playing music or finding it. Also as I have previously mentioned, the camera quality seems impeccable. I bought the phone for £50 on a contract with O2, I think it is money well spent and would urge anyone looking into an extremely advanced phone to do the same.

Good: Wi-fi, the keyboard added to WM5 with landscape display
Bad: Bit chunky; camera could be better - but hey
Comment: Of course there is still a long way to go with wireless integration; bluetooth with activsync is a headache; but this is reasonably close to nirvana

Good: The keyboard and the size
Bad: The O2 software
Comment: I purchased this phone recently and am head over heels with it.
I have come from a Nokia / IPaq setup and justified the drop in processor speed by looking at my actual usage patterns and realising that I never push my processor as it is.
If you're a power user (Skype, VNC, High Quality videos) then it might be best to avoid this but if you use it so manage your life, surf the web and play music (or specially formatted video files) then it's fine.
First thing I did was to get rid of the crappy O2 branding that came with it and it speeds the thing up as a whole considerably.
I'd also like to make comment on this review where it mentions that to make a phone call you have to take the stylus out of the holder, YOU DONT.
Just press the green answer key and it brings up the phone utility, overall I'm very happy with my purchase. :)

Good: It's so much smaller than a full-sized pda, but its got so much functionality
Bad: The call quality could be improved
Comment: I got this phone a week back and I've been playing with it endlessly!
This is my first pocket pc-based phone but I've played with many others that work collegues own and I have to say this phone is the most intuitive and useful phone out the lot!
Once I managed to figure out how to connect to wireless hotspots (a lengthy process), I've been using this non-stop to check and write my work emails, to chat with friends on messenger, to play my music, games and of course to make phone calls.
The call quality could be improved and I've noticed a couple of software bugs, but the benefits of owning a phone like this totally outweigh these negligible faults.
Another thing which astounded me was the sound quality while playing my music through the supplied stereo headset! It's amazing. I love my music and I've got a £1500 system rigged up in my front room at home and I have to say that for a phone, the sound quality is probably the best to come from a phone-based MP3 player. I've listened to my sister's Sony Ericsson W800i which is supposedly one of the best phone/MP3 players, but the XDA tops the W800i by miles.
