Good: Portability, Reliable, Looks beautiful, Battery life
Bad: No disc drive
Comment: I LOVE this netbook. I bought it as a 2nd computer when my Mac gave up on me and my main laptop became our home computer.
The first thing I thought was great is the battery life, I could take it out all day and still have some battery left afterwards (last 5+ hours). It runs fantastically (maybe this is more obvious as my hatred towards my Dell grows) & connects to WiFi easily. The keys are still a good size despite being a netbook and I find the trackpad easy to use (if I don't take my wireless mouse).
Overall I can't fault it, it would be perfect if they had squeezed in a disc drive, but I knew this when I bought it and just install discs over a network instead. Highly recommended, especially for the price.

Good: Size, battery life, keyboard, screen brightness, easy to upgrade RAM
Bad: Screen resolution
Comment: Picked this up in white for £333. Beautiful machine; feels solid, and the keyboard is fantastic. The reason I didn't give this a 10 was because, well...it IS a netbook, and I don't think netbooks are ever going to be perfect. Most applications and web pages are made for a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768, and the Samsung NC10 (like most netbooks) has a resolution of 1024 x 600. This doesn't impair the internet browsing experience at all, though; viewing websites is a delight, especially thanks to the gorgeous brightness of the screen. I got this just before they announced the NC20, but I don't regret it. I put a 2GB stick of RAM in and it runs fantastically, I can have Windows Live Messenger, Skype, Firefox and email all open with no loss of speed. It's also managed to play some games, with an external CD drive!
Overall, this is a fantastic machine, I would recommend it entirely. Of all the netbooks, Samsung NC10 is my personal favourite. Yes, that's including the NC20.
