Good: Nearly everything.............
Bad: Mine came with a small Ah battery, but that's easy to fix.
Comment: I bought my Acer D150-1Bb in August of this year for £220 on a bank holiday special from one of the UK's leading electrical retailers, and love it.....
After reading many articles about the best buys, product features and people's personal experiencee with different netbooks, I decided to buy the Acer D150.
Why ?? I know that the Samsung NC10 gets better reviews (at a price, over £100 more expensive), but I think the whole reason for buying a netbook is starting to get blurred, and loosing sight of what netbooks are meant for, they are supposed to be; cheap, no frills web surfing, e-mailing machines with some “Office” type tools.
For example we are now getting articles on technology websites that specify “gaming”, digital output ports and higher definition screens etc.....
Go and use your laptop !
The keyboard on the Acer D150 is fine, I'm typing this out on it, the finger pad does what is supposed to do, and the rocker buttons just need getting used to; its like the difference between indicator stalks on a European car and a Japanese car, their different but do the same thing.
Screen resolution is 1024 x 600, good enough for YouTube, or a movie that you may have loaded onto the hard drive.
So in summary, its cheap (like a netbook should be) does a lot, lot more than it needs to, and it looks great.
What more do you want. ????
