Good: Quick charge and small
Bad: Zap facility
Comment: I got this MP3 player as a freebie after purchasing a Sony Notepad for my girlfriend.
I was thinking about giving it to my little cousin, as i already own an i-Touch, but decided to use it myself. I was pleasantly surprised to start liking this small device. So much so, that i opted to take this on my travels the other weekend.
The only setback can be if you are not near a PC and require a recharge, but i've not had any problems to date, as the battery seems to have a long lifespan.
All in all, a nice little, cheap player and will deliver what it says on the tin.

Good: Compact, great sound, simple - no iTunes needed!
Bad: Nothing
Comment: First things first. I used to work fixing and restoring iPods.A lot of them didn't need much work but through the thousand of iPods I had to test and restore I grew to hate iTunes. It was such a resource hog piece of poo I couldn't find a place for an iPod in my life. Like most PC users I want to control my hardware not the other way round.
Sony's firmware has been awful in the past but not with this beauty. Drag and drop away in many formats giving excellent sound quality. It's all I want and now thanks to Sony what I have. Would definitely recommend to anyone especially runners or gym monkeys. The quick charge is also very handy.
