Good: Ease of use size volume headphones and looks

Bad: could be a little louder

Comment: I have been using this product for over 4 months now on a daily basis and find it very easy to use and excellent sound quality.It works very well with the windows media synch feature simply you drag the ripped cd into the synch column and press a button.Couldn't be simpler the radio is fairly basic i got 4 channels on mine but i didn't buy it for the radio or the video element it's a cracking mp3 player i no longer use my ipod i would rather use this the only problem i have is i tried different ear phones but only the sony ones that came with it seemed to be the clearest and loudest.The sound quality is excellent and the ease of use is amazing.I rated it 10 out of ten an ideal product if you haven't got a massive mp3/cd collection.
