Good: The fact that it's not a flippin' iPod
Bad: It's a wee bit quiet
Comment: No complaints. I love it - even the software hassles don't bother me BUT it needs a bit more oomph in the volume department. I'm not one for annoyingly loud commuter nuisance - but it seems far too quiet for my liking.
