Good: Robust, sounds great and avoids iTunes which is horrible
Bad: It sometimes fails to name tracks properly. Needs a silicon case.
Comment: Great plays 20GB of MP3s for a fantastic price. My kids have had iPod 20GB players, they tend to lock up and the software is not intuitive. Creative's bundle is loads better, or you can use Media Player. I am happy with its looks.
