Good: size, capacity, functionality
Bad: reliability
Comment: The screen failed on my Zen Mozaic after 13 months. The manufacturer would not repair for free - it was out of warranty by a month I guess. So now I am looking for a more reliable option. I cant afford to be replacing such an expensive item every 13 months. I will be looking at more reliable brands.
