Typical price: £1,470
What is it: LCD monitor with 30-inch flat screen
What we think: It would get an unequivocal thumbs-up if it had S-video ports and better DVD playback

We like:
Bright image with crisp text, even at the tiniest fonts; attractive design; relatively inexpensive compared to other 30-inch monitors; built-in media card slots
We don't like:
No composite or S-video inputs; ghosting evident during DVD playback
CNET.co.uk judgement:
We would give the Dell UltraSharp 3007WFP an unequivocal thumbs-up if it had S-Video ports and better DVD playback
