Nokia 6220 Classic
As the name suggests, Nokia has stuck to a tried and tested candy-bar design with the 6220 Classic. It still manages to pack in enough features to keep most people happy, from GPS to a 5-megapixel camera to HSDPA. If you're looking for a compact camera phone with a xenon flash, it's worth having a look

Nokia N82 (Black)
It may only be a different coloured casing but we think it's a huge improvement, given how ugly the silver version looks. One of our main criticisms of Nokia N82 was its dreary appearance, and this is a step in the right direction for an otherwise excellent phone

Nokia N82
It might have fallen off the ugly tree and hit several particularly grotesque branches on the way down, but the Nokia N82 is all about substance over style. It's got HSDPA and Wi-Fi for mobile broadband, GPS that just works and -- most importantly -- the best camera we've ever seen in a phone

Nokia 6500 Slide
The Nokia 6500 Slide is a phone packed with features. It's a sturdy handset and has a good music player and the supplied earphones produce good sound quality. The phone is 3G and it has twin cameras for video calling, plus you can also hook it up to your TV

Nokia 3110 Classic
Despite its 'Classic' name, Nokia has found time to add in a few extras, including excellent music playback features, great connectivity, plus Bluetooth and infrared facilities. A good signal in tough reception areas, the Nokia 3310 Classic is solid mobile that's easy to use

Nokia N93i
The Nokia N93i has a funkier design than its predecessor, the N93, and is jam-packed with features. It boasts an OLED display, a 3.2-megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom, an excellent Web browser and Wi-Fi connectivity

Nokia 6233
In terms of design, the 6233 is a classic Nokia candybar phone -- there's a stylish combination of curved edges and smooth surfaces. Using the 6233 is very straightforward and you don't get the feeling that Nokia has added anything unnecessary or overcomplicated. At the same time, you don't feel like it's lacking in the features department

Nokia N93
The N93 is similar to the N90, but it offers improved specifications all round and a new star attraction -- video capture. A Carl Zeiss 3.2-megapixel camera lens is fixed into the top of the clamshell for fun and games with moving images. If you want a tidy phone for your pocket, though, look elsewhere

Nokia N73
The Nokia N73 has a 3.2-megapixel camera and one of the largest screens we've seen. However, this isn't totally aimed at snapshot photographers. If you're a feature fiend and want a 3G camera phone with smart phone extras then the N73 is worth checking out

Nokia N71
Nokia's N71 is a giant of clamshells but there's plenty going on inside -- it has a large, video-friendly screen, 3G performance, a 2-megapixel camera with plenty of settings, a music player, FM radio and a Web browser. If you want a phone crammed with hot features it's worth a look, but if style's your thing, you may want to look elsewhere

Nokia 6230i
The Nokia 6230i is the upgraded version of the popular 6230. These two phones are not the most exciting to look at or use, but they keep things simple. The 6230i is compact, easy to use and has a better camera and more internal memory than its predecessor -- and it'll still work with old Nokia chargers

Nokia 6131
The Nokia 6131 is a mid-range clamshell mobile phone with a simple design. Fortunately, it's not too simple: the 6131 has an expandable microSD slot, EDGE connectivity and FM radio among other features. There's also a button on the hinge that flips the phone open

Nokia 6234
Nokia's 6234 is a mid-range 3G handset that hides its more advanced capabilities behind a relatively plain exterior. The unsophisticated looks of this handset underscore great ergonomics though, with well-designed keys that are extremely comfortable and very easy to use

Nokia 6280
At first glance you'd never guess that the 6280 is a 3G handset. Yes, it's a little on the fat side, but hey, it is a slider, and it doesn't look much thinker than non-3G phones. 3G might not even be the killer feature for you -- there's an FM radio, a 2-megapixel camera and it's all easily accessible without opening the slider

Nokia 7380
The 7380 doesn't do anything by halves. It doesn't have a keypad. Its screen is invisible when turned off. The back is covered in faux leather. And despite having almost no memory or an expansion slot, there's a 2-megapixel camera. You'll buy this for nothing but its looks -- is that enough?

Nokia 6111
The Nokia 6111 is a mid-range slide phone for people who don't have a lot of pocket space. It features a 1-megapixel camera and a radio, and comes in three colours -- black, silver and pink. At 92g it's lighter than most other phones, and with such small dimensions it can be kept away from prying eyes in the palm of your hand

Nokia N70
The N70 and Nokia's 6680 are rather similar in looks and you could, on visuals alone, think the N70 is more of the same. But you'd be wrong. This is an altogether more advanced handset, with better specifications all round, and in most respects its quality shines

Nokia N90
This is a big handset, but, unlike other clamshells, it is made up of three sections. Nokia has gone to town to incorporate the high-end Carl Zeiss optics and the company has come up with a camera phone that is superior to the competition, in terms of its image quality at the very least
