What is it: Touchscreen smart phone with slide-out Qwerty keyboard
What we think: Packs loads of features but a resistive touchscreen and bland user interface conspire to make it a disappointment

"Fundamentally flawed"
What I like:
responsive touchscreen compared to the HTC touch HD that i was using prviously.
What I don't like:
hangs few times everyday, half the screen goes black.
Review:
i have had the N97 for two weeks. from the second day it started to hang, at times it would not even switch off and i would have to take off the battery. When i slide out the key board it wont switch from portrait to landscape and just go blank, then i would have to restart it. Then at times, half the screen would go blank. I have had the n95, e71 (a little less) and they all hang but the n97 hangs way too much. Well its such a pricey phone, nokia should have sorted out this problem before they released it. WHy should we sepend so much on a phone a go through these problems. No matter how many features a mobile has, first thing is, it should be reliable and not hang in the middle of something. I have been counting each day for it to release but now that i have it, it is utter disappointment.
