Review:
Having first review it as excellent I have the greatest regret of not using it longer before talking. The phone thought look good failed to perform. Frequent memory lost , even the phone book entries could not be found. The image and video software crash 9 times out of 10. And worst is the phone could not return to general profile once it being disconnected from Bluetooth earpiece and being in connection for more then 30 mins. It will remain in silent mode and sometime it will go into offline. How to use this phone? I have send it back to Samsung, they could not do anything about it so I was given a new set and lost all my purchase software which is registered with the original set imei number. And of course the new set have the same problem. I have since thrown the costly but good looking phone in my drawer and return to my trusted old N95 8Gb and just realised that it was such a good phone. Buyer please beware.
