i have had this phone for 3 months and i have had to take it back 3 times with the same fault (the first time was a day after i brought it). it randomly turns off when calling and texting people. it is not worth the paper it is written on. and even worst Orange and LG claim that it is not a common fault and therefore are not going to refund it. stay away from the phone and the tariff, go to O2 their the best. Instead of this phone, you should get the Nokia Supernova 7510.
