Review:
LG has done it again with this fantasticly delightful phone born for texters. With its full slide out qwerty keyboard this is definatly still a number one phone! They fun, classy design of the KS360 gives it a unique look over that of other qwerty phones. Available in a good range of colours its definatly a great phone!
The hardware of the phone is also second to none, setup is easy and navagation a breeze, i never had any problems with it being slow lagging e.t.c and it never crashed! (which is always a bonus) One thing LG did include with this phone is touch screen technology which unfortunatly is only usable when dialing in numbers! Lg definatly let us down with the touch screen, they could have got much more use out of it making it usable else where in the phone, and another down side is that the touchscreen keyboard button only works on the home screen and no where else in the phone.
Again, as with most phones it seems LG hasnt hesitated in giving this phone a unique headphone jack, meaning yes, you will have to only use the provided headphones, which are simple black hard plastic with a handsfree phone answer button, but no microphone meaning you will still have to hold the phone to your mouth. But it will pick your voice up from a car dash board or desk e.t.c. Mp3 quality is as expected of a phone this price, it provides a normal but surprisingly delightful sound and quality.
The qwerty keybard is of fantastic design but is not completely ideal for those with bigger fingers as button are only small, i however had no difficulty or problem with this and never pushed two buttons at once. When the board is out the screen goes into landscape mode and there are navagational keys on the keyboard but they take a bit of getting used to. One bad side about the phone is that if texting a long text buttons start to glitch, for instance my K button seemed to go one line up and start typing from the middle of a different sentance, though this only happened when i wrote anything over about ten sentaces, other buttons just left spaces when clicked, this isnt a problem though. The letter signs on each key do not smudge after time and are pretty high quality.
This phone includes Bluetooth which is fast and efficiant. No 3G or wifi though, but this isnt expected on a phone this price, so internet browing is very slow and laggy. The phone comes with pre installed images and animated images which are very high quality and quite a nice feature, it also inlcudes the feature of viewing your texts in a story like view, basically it cascades all the texts showing the text, then your replie one after another, as if seeing the whole conversation, i found a fantastic and awesome inclusion! Phoning is very clear and loud, loud speaker is as expected and works very well.
The 2 megapixel camera is decent and produces fantastic pictures when held still, shaking whilst taking the picture will show up on the picture. It does include negative, sephia and black and white modes to name a few of the many brilliant camera modes and features.
CONCLUSION---
Over all this is a fantastic inexpensive phone with some brillinat features, its ideal for bulk texters and fantastic for people who like to have fun with their phones! Definatly a great buy for a teen or child, but also a fantastic phone for anyone to own!
