"Entirely delightful"
What I like:
Easy setup of emails without knowing the technical details
What I don't like:
Need to buy software to write word and excel files and to read pdf files.
Review:
I have both Nokia E71 and Blackberry Bold. With Bold I can setup my organisation emails without having to know the technical details_ E71 lacks this support. Bold's screen is much better and its browser is more usable than the Symbian on E71. However, Bold cannot read .pdf files if it is not sent by email. You cannot create documents or spreadsheets with Bold. If you also need GPS, E71's GPS is the most sensitive I have ever used (more so than Garmins and Tomtoms) and E71 supports pdf, doc, excel and ppt files. E71's keyboard though small is more accurate than that of Bold. Both of them support 'encryption' which is a 'must' in my corporate environment. E71 also supports video calls.
Bottom line: For emails and browsing, I will choose Blackberry Bold because Blackberry's email support is more than perfect. But I will give a busy journalist an E71.
