What is it: Stylish 5-megapixel camera phone
What we think: An excellent phone with good camera features, but it still won't replace a dedicated digital camera

Review:
Ok so I've had this for a couple of weeks now. I'm a SE man, sorry I just don't like Nokia's, i find their GUI annoying, their build quality tacky and their battery life on phones is shocking!
First thing to say is its size, slighty bigger then the K850, but a lot thinner, A LOT, so much so i keep thinking i've left somewhere cos i can't feel it in my pocket!, its also light. But its well made, nothing feels flimsy, its made with good quality materials.
The camera is good, not great in low light conditions, but the touch screen buttons around the screen are easy to use. Its more than good enough for the drunken night out pics which is what most people use there camera for! And in dayligth produces great pics. Haven't tried video yet!
The buttons take a while to get used to they, some of them are abit fiddly and if you have fat fingers I can imagine you pressing 2 buttons at once by accident, but you soon get used to it.
Volume out the earpiece could be better, its nowhere near as loud as the K850 was, i'm hoping a firmware upgrade will fix that!
One thing I found was I couldn't get PC suite to work on Vista, it would install ok (the CD version is XP only so you have to download the newer version for vista). but every time I tried to sync it would crash. I ended up having to do a manual copy of my outlook contacts. I called the Tech Support line, and basically they didn't have a clue, if I had let them I think they would have asked me to re-install vista! It works 100% on XP. just want to make that clear! Vista is a shocking OS, alot of things don't work on it! MS should be embarrassed about it!
So overall, you could say its a K850 in a nicer, lighter shell, if you can upgrade free then its worth having, if you're a bit geeky and don't mind paying a bit, it might be worth waiting for the C905 which is gunna have an 8 megapixel camera. But i'm impressed with this 902, sony have brought another good phone out, sure it doesn't do anything "New" but it doesn't everything very well, and i'd prefer that then something gimiky that doesn't really work that well!
