Review:
I got soon dissappointed after the purchase of a Sony Ericsson W380i mobile phone. Having been seduced by new features, the really important ones didn' t work well any time. It often got dead, has no volume at all, very bad signal and lots of problems with software. The same happened to my wife ( who achieved a replacement of her unit with another brand ), to my brother in law and to every person I know having got the same mobile. My complaints to the Sony 0800 customer care centre had no answers. They said they had nothing to be with the phone in Latin America and referred me to the servive center. Sony has any interest in solving the problems and is the real image of Pilatos.
Using Sony Ericsson has turned out to be an awful experience with this type of after purchase service, as another customer said. I would also not recommend any one to buy any product of Sony Ericsson.
