Review:
so im sat here yet again waiting for a call back from orange to replace a handset that has broken down for the 2nd time..and will i get a call?? i doubt that very much as i have spent the last 2 weeks waiting on never coming calls from them.
I bought the berlin on line from the orange shop 2 weeks ago,it took me a entire day to set it up and the sim they sent in the box wasnt recognised meaning i had to go and buy a new 1..i added music pictures made videos of family days out then for no apparent reason it stopped working..i rang them several times and was finally offered a samsung i200 to replace it which would arrive the next day..i thought fair enough, handsets get faults..the next day a Orange Berlin arrived on my doorstep..again i grit my teeth and thought well it cant go wrong twice...so off we went for a wicked day out at a music festival..i took video,pics..came home to get changed for the evenings events and bam,...message error on my phone..usim not recognised..so i called orange again..and again..i was put on hold.told id get a ring back within half a hour, and for over a hour nothing from orange..6 calls at 25p each..sunday..i rang again..i spoke to a guy who sed the customer services couldnt offer a alternative phone and they would have just sed that to get me off the phone..so i sed i want my money back..he texted me the number for returns who iv just rang..they sed they want my sim card back..i told them that the sim they sent wasnt working,id had to buy a new 1..so she says..she wont help me...so i asked to speak to a supervisor..i got put thro to customer services at 50p a minute..bearing in mind im ringing from a land line as i dont have a mobile any more...after being put on hold for 10minutes..i finally speak to a supervisor..i sed to him..i hope this isnt costing me 50p a minute for this call..he sed give me ure number and il ring u back right away...that was half a hour ago!!!!!..not only do i not reccomend the orage berlin...i would highly reccomend u dont go with ORANGE..disgusting treatment of a long serving customer...im moving to vodafone!!!
