What we think: When it comes to music, the W960i knows what it's doing, but we're not sure about everything else

Review:
I've had this phone since mid feb and am well pleased. call quality fantastic music playback excellent and is as easy to put music on as it is to save a file to a flash drive. screen quality superb although sometimes hard to see in sunlight. having a keypad instead of full function touch screen is a bonus for texting while walking and once ou get used to the input methods, it becomes easy combining them. It's only downfalls are the lags it suffers when opening applications, although I'm sure a software update will fix this soon enough, and the reduction in quality when zooming in on the camera. I've had plenty of envious glances from N95 owners who are surprised by the "slimness" of this phone. all in all i would definitely recomend to a friend.
