think it's great? just wait!! I had one for 6 months and really liked it. Then it started freezing. Then it just stopped working. I've found I'm not alone either, lots of problems with this phone, the software just doesn't seem to be up to the job. I've had sony ericsson phones for years now, this is the first one to disappoint me
