"Not that good, really"
What I like:
Not much if you have experienced what I've experienced
What I don't like:
Really bad customer service and battery cover design
Review:
This is how they responded when I complained the battery cover wear out quickly after a few times open and close from HTC, you can make your own judgement regarding their level of service
........
We understand the frustration that you may be going through and are willing to help you with this situation. Currently the battery cover is made of plastic. The battery only has to be replaced once every few years, so there is no need to remove the cover multiple times. Plastic wears out easy, and normal wear and tear is not covered by the manufacture warranty.
